Wetzel’s Pretzels ensures that franchisees can learn the basic skills necessary to successfully operate their restaurant. The inital 2 weeks training is in Pasedena, Californa. in addition to that we have online training through MTY University for one week.
No, Wetzel’s Pretzels provides full training and support, however, managment and restaurant knowledge is an asset.
We recommend you employ a staff of 6-10 people, whom you will extensively train to maintan the quality of our products, as well as to ensure your customers have a positive experience in your restaurant.
